Background

Chaumet, the prestigious jewelry house, wanted to mark the occasion of the publication of their annual magazine, a very important commercial operation. The objective was to capture Chaumet behind the scenes, highlighting the intimacy, luxury and iconic elements of the house. They sought to embody their brand in an innovative and immersive way, immersing jewelry lovers behind the scenes of the brand.

The project

To achieve this objective, we placed audio devices online on the pages of their website, these pages being linked to QR codes present in the anniversary catalog of the house. The recordings were made by two emblematic Chaumet figures:

  • Benoît, the 13th workshop manager since 2017, shares his career path, his ambitions, how he translates the brand's DNA into his creations, and what he does on a daily basis
  • Chaumet's diamond buyer talks about how he got to this position, his passion for diamonds, and how he selects the finest diamonds for Chaumet, matching them to the perfect jewels after extensive research.

 

These audios have been adapted to suit all Chaumet markets, being available in English, Arabic, Japanese, Korean, and simplified and traditional Chinese.

The results

  • 14 audios recorded and put into production in a month and a half
  • Worldwide catalog distribution, allowing audio devices to travel with Chaumet customers
