Monabanq showcases its staff and offers on its website

Monabanq, an online bank renowned for its human approach, wanted to launch two separate campaigns to meet specific objectives.

Recruitment campaign: Monabanq wanted to show that the human element comes before the employee, and that they don't stop at a simple CV. They chose an engaging and impactful approach by displaying employees in situations highlighting their hobbies and private lives. The aim of this initiative was to demonstrate that at Monabanq, it is possible to work well while leading a balanced and fulfilling life.
Promoting products: Monabanq offers a number of attractive products, such as a savings card and easy banking mobility. The bank wanted to promote these different offers to help potential customers better understand their specific features and benefits.

To achieve these objectives, we have set up audio systems :

HR campaign: We integrated QR codes into their recruitment posters. By scanning these QR codes, users could listen to audio testimonials from employees. These testimonials highlighted how Monabanq doesn't prevent them from living out their passions, and how the bank has even created shared passions between employees. This approach gave employees an authentic voice, making the campaign more personal and engaging.
Promoting offers: Audio devices installed on their site were used to promote Monabanq's products. The audios described the specific features, characteristics, benefits and added value of each offer, enabling customers to better understand and appreciate the products on offer.

Five QR codes were created for the recruitment campaign, reinforcing the image of a company that is close to its employees and places them at the heart of its concerns.
Two audios have been created to enhance the value of the product offers, increasing the understanding and appeal of Monabanq's different offerings.
