Background

Boulanger, a leader in the distribution of household appliances and multimedia products, was looking to better communicate its products and promote its unique services. The aim was to bring the expertise of their advisors directly to customers, and to raise awareness of services such as door dressing, Club Infinity (a loyalty program), the Ink Bar, product repurchasing and reconditioning, and much more...

The project

To achieve these objectives, we have implemented innovative audio features on the website:

  • Boulanger teams, including advisors and product specialists, have recorded explanatory audio features. These audios describe in detail the features, benefits and uses of each product, offering customers expert advice available 24/7.

  • The audios were also used to raise awareness of Boulanger's services. The teams responsible for each service explained their specific features and benefits, enabling customers to better understand and appreciate these unique offers.

The results

  • Approximately fifty audios were produced, covering about 250 products.
  • Customers now have access to detailed information and expert advice online, enhancing their shopping experience and their understanding of Boulanger products and services.
