Background

Blédina is a brand renowned for its commitment to the nutrition of babies and young children, offering a varied range of food products adapted to each stage of their growth. In order to reinforce parents' confidence and meet their expectations, Blédina undertook several initiatives to offer a unique and reassuring experience, impossible to find in stores. The main aim of these initiatives was to improve customer satisfaction by being clearer and more transparent, as well as enriching consumers' understanding of the products. Blédina also wanted to reassure and support parents in choosing the best products for their children.

The project

To achieve these goals, we have integrated several audio solutions:

  • Creation of a link for audio testimonials: A link available in the buyers' newsletter allows parents to record their audio testimonials, sharing their feelings and experiences with Blédina products.
  • Audio capsules on product pages: Explanatory capsules hosted by dieticians and recipe creators tell the story of ingredients, nutritional benefits and offer age-appropriate advice for babies. These capsules also detail how and when to use the products to maximize their benefits.

The results

  • Around a hundred audio devices were recorded and put into production.
  • In just one week, 150 testimonials were collected via the newsletter, enabling parents to share their experiences in an authentic and direct way.
  • The most qualitative testimonials have been selected and put online, enabling parents to listen to other parents' feedback and feel reassured in their choices.
