Background

Monabanq, an online bank renowned for its human approach, has launched four campaigns to meet specific objectives:

  • Recruitment campaign: To show that people come first, Monabanq has put its employees in situations that enhance their leisure and private lives. A way of emphasizing that it is possible to work well while leading a balanced life.
  • Products and services: With offers such as the savings card and easy banking mobility, Monabanq wanted to make the benefits of its products better understood by potential customers.
  • Recruitment system: Monabanq highlights its HR process to make it more transparent and accessible. The aim: to attract new talent while reflecting the company's human and innovative values.
  • Internal cohesion: To strengthen bonds between employees, Monabanq offers audio capsules highlighting the diversity and backgrounds of its teams. An initiative that embodies its values of proximity and inclusion.

The project

To achieve these objectives, we have set up audio systems :

  • Recruitment campaign: QR codes were integrated into recruitment posters, allowing users to listen to authentic audio testimonials from employees. This initiative, deployed on public displays, made the campaign more personal and engaging by giving employees a direct voice.
  • Products and services: Audio clips, recorded by the customer service manager, have been integrated into the website. Presented on the home page and on specific pages, they explain in a clear and human way the advantages of products such as the savings card or banking mobility.
  • Promotion of HR services: Audio clips recorded by Managing Director Alain Colin and HR managers explain Monabanq's recruitment process in detail. These capsules, combined with those from the recruitment campaign, were highlighted on the site's dedicated recruitment pages, making the candidate experience more transparent and accessible.
  • Internal cohesion: To strengthen links between employees, displays have been installed at Monabanq headquarters. Equipped with QR codes, these displays enable employees to scan and listen to audio capsules highlighting the diversity and backgrounds of our teams, thus promoting better mutual understanding.

The results

  • Recruitment: 5 QR codes integrated into recruitment posters gave applicants access to authentic audio testimonials from employees, making the campaign particularly engaging.
  • Products and services: 12 audio capsules were created and broadcast on the website to present products and services in a clear and human way.
  • Promotion of HR services: 2 explanatory audio capsules recorded by the director and HR managers were put forward, complemented by 5 capsules from the recruitment campaign, to make the candidate path more transparent.
  • Internal cohesion: 5 QR codes displayed at head office enabled employees to discover audio capsules highlighting the diversity of our teams and their career paths, thus strengthening internal cohesion.
