Background

AESIO, a major player in the French mutual insurance sector, is determined to strengthen ties with its members. The mutual is actively committed to establishing more direct and personal communication. Its aim was to develop greater proximity and strengthen trust with its customers by offering clear information, preventive advice, and showcasing its teams. However, the task of achieving this digital proximity and effectively conveying these values on an online platform, where users seek authentic and immediate interaction, represented a real challenge.

The project

To support AESIO in its innovative strategy, we integrated audio features on its website. 

These recordings, made by key figures in the mutual, include :

  • Presentations of the candidates in the elections for mutualist delegates, with an audio clip for each front-runner, explaining their role and the importance of voting for them.
  • Awareness and prevention messages about various vaccinations.
  • An audio capsule from the president outlining the mutual's core values to create a close relationship.
  • Themed introductions for blog posts, with voice feedback collection to encourage subscriber interaction. These personalized audios are integrated on the relevant pages, facilitating access to relevant information and boosting online user engagement, simulating an experience close to that of face-to-face interaction.

The results

  • The introduction of 20 audio devices, created by over 10 different contributors
  • A 20% increase in the number of votes cast in mutualist elections compared with the previous year.
  • Members' commitment to AESIO has clearly improved, testifying to the effectiveness of this communicative approach and the value added by the audio capsules in conveying the mutual's information and values.
