Background

Auchan is committed to its "Cultivons le bon" supply chain. "Cultivons le bon" refers to products that are grown or harvested in France, with respect for the environment and produced by producers committed to offering their customers quality products, thanks to a lasting partnership. Auchan's aim was to enhance the value of its supply chain by promoting its unique, sustainable values, while at the same time highlighting its producers.

The project

To achieve these objectives, Ekoo has integrated 2 types of audio devices: 

  • Capsules in which the producers lend their voices to explain the specificity of their products and their commitments for a more immersive aspect.
  • Then, capsules produced by product managers to explain the benefits of the products on offer.
  • First of all, we inserted these capsules on product pages, but also on list pages, since in the food sector, 90% of purchase intent resides in the latter.

The results

  • 32 capsules recorded and published, including the participation of 11 farmers and 10 product managers
  • Promoting products, the site and producers' know-how
