Background

Champmarket, the BtoB leader in champagne sales, enjoys an excellent reputation thanks to its vast selection of champagnes from the most prestigious houses. However, buying champagne online can sometimes seem impersonal and complex for customers. Champmarket wanted to make the buying experience as rich and informative as an in-cellar tasting, and called on its cellar masters to tell the story.

The project

To make the customer experience more immersive, we integrated audio devices called "audio capsules" into their website.

These capsules, recorded by Les chefs de cave, give :

  •  An insight into the history of the houses, the unique winemaking techniques, and the savoir-faire encapsulated in each bottle. Cellar managers also explain the origins and characteristics of each champagne, helping customers understand the passion and expertise behind their favorite beverage. 
  • These audio testimonials are designed to create a deeper connection between customer and product, transforming the act of purchase into an immersive and educational experience.
  • Champmarket makes it easy to understand their exclusive boxes and the cuvées of each house.

The results

  • Creation and online posting of 30 audio capsules produced in 3 weeks.
  • Home enhancement with embodiment and humanization.
