Background

Rouge Gorge, a well-known lingerie brand, has seen an increase in e-commerce. However, selling lingerie online presents unique challenges: sizes vary between brands, differences in shells and bras complicate choice, and it's difficult to transcribe the invaluable advice of in-store saleswomen. Rouge Gorge wanted to help its customers make the right lingerie choice, because every body is different. 

The project

To offer personalized support to customers directly on the website, we have set up several audio devices:

  • Product advisors and managers have recorded explanatory audios which are available 24/7 on the product pages and listings. These audios detail bra design, adaptations for different types of breasts, and advice on sizing (small, large).
  • In addition to the consultants, Rouge Gorge also brings in its ambassadors to talk about their favorite products, bringing a human and authentic dimension to the recommendations.
  • The audios worked so well on the web that Rouge Gorge decided to repeat the project for its "Rose" range, dedicated to women who have had breast cancer. Ambassador customers record their testimonials and opinions on the range, sharing personal experiences and creating an emotional connection with new customers.

The results

  • In three months, some 100 audios were created and put into production.
  • The audios have been much appreciated, and the shopping experience has improved considerably.
  • The "Rose" range, enabling ambassador customers to share their testimonials and opinions directly on the site, has been a real success.
