Background

Sephora recently launched its latest collection of high quality products, the result of the company's research and development team. To best detail the benefits of these products, Sephora turned to audio. 

 

The project

To meet Sephora's requirements, we integrated audio devices known as "audio capsules" into their website.

  • These audios, recorded by the product managers, talk about the benefits of using these products, their composition, the tests carried out by the teams and advice on how to use them.
  • With a large Italian consumer segment, audio is also available in Italian and produced by 2 Italian product managers.

The results

  • Creation and online publishing of 40 audio capsules (20 in French and 20 in Italian) in 4 days.
