In the middle of the tax return season, many customers have questions about sometimes complex tax issues: IFI, donations, furnished rentals, dividends... To provide clear and useful answers, BNP Paribas Banque Privée has launched an interactive audio form.

This innovative format allows everyone to find out more about the topics that concern them, at their own pace, by listening to the voice of the bank's wealth engineering experts. It's a new, simpler and more direct way of receiving support, accessible from your smartphone.

The project

24 audio capsules have been produced, each dealing with a specific tax topic. The tone is clear, professional and reassuring, with concrete, easy-to-follow explanations.

The audio was integrated into an interactive form developed with EKOO and adapted to the mobile format. With just a few clicks, users can select the topics that interest them, and listen to only the information that is relevant to their situation.
