With tax filing season in full swing, many clients have questions about tax matters that can sometimes be complex: property tax, charitable donations, furnished rentals, dividends, and more. To provide clear and helpful answers, BNP Paribas Private Banking has launched an interactive audio form.

Building on the success of this initial collaboration, BNP Paribas continued to expand its audio offerings with a new playlist designed for all of its retail clients, thereby extending access to this educational advisory format to a much wider audience.

This innovative format allows everyone to find out more about the topics that concern them, at their own pace, by listening to the voice of the bank's wealth engineering experts. It's a new, simpler and more direct way of receiving support, accessible from your smartphone.

The project

Initially, 25 audio clips were produced for BNP Paribas Private Banking, each addressing a specific tax-related topic. The tone is clear, professional, and reassuring, with practical, easy-to-follow explanations.

The audio clips have been integrated into an interactive form developed with EKOO, optimized for mobile devices. With just a few clicks, users can select the topics that interest them and access only the information relevant to their situation.

Building on this initial initiative, BNP Paribas has also launched a new playlist of 12 short audio clips for all of its retail customers, with an approach that continues to prioritize education, accessibility, and ease of use.
