Nocibé wanted to showcase its own-brand products and gift sets in a more engaging and authentic way. The idea was to tell a unique story around each product, highlighting their quality, expertise and uniqueness.

The main objective was to forge a more intimate connection with customers, explaining not only the tangible benefits of products, but also the emotional value they bring. The aim was to turn every interaction into a memorable experience, and strengthen the bond of trust between the brand and its customers.

The project

To achieve this goal, we integrated audio devices on their site: 

  • Product managers Marie, Sabrina, Valérie and Marie explain the benefits, contents and added value of our products and gift sets.

The results

  • Production of 18 audios on their website, detailing product benefits and box contents
  • Better understanding of products by customers, who listen carefully to the audio capsules
