In addition to this, in May 2022, Picard undertook a significant overhaul of its "Picard&Nous" loyalty program, aiming to make it more comprehensive and more closely linked to the needs of its customers. This renewal process presented specific challenges, particularly in terms of communication effectiveness. Picard therefore had three clear objectives: to clarify and amplify communication around its permanent recipes and special holiday recipes, and to explain the benefits and features of its new loyalty program in order to better inform and engage its customers.
