In the boutiques, while advisors are always available to support customers, the company recognized the need to extend this personalized assistance beyond its stores. The challenge was to ensure that every customer could benefit from Saint Maclou's expert advice, even when browsing online. All this while simplifying the process of measuring, installation and maintenance.

The project

In order to offer a positive customer experience, Saint-Maclou integrates audio devices called "audio capsules" on its website:

  • These capsules are recorded by the product managers, who share their in-depth product knowledge. They detail the specifics of the sumptuous carpets, elegant vinyl flooring and refined parquet they have co-created and selected.
  • The aim of these capsules is to simulate an in-store experience, where the voice of the product managers guides customers through the complexities of decorating choices, while underlining Saint Maclou's commitment to Made in France and its historic know-how.
