Spengler specializes in stethoscopes and medical instruments created with French know-how. It is a benchmark for medical professionals such as doctors, nurses... The company's main mission is to offer tools with unique know-how that meet their expectations. So, in a competitive B-to-B market, how can this innovative brand differentiate itself digitally and promote its know-how?
#Why Ekoo?
That's where Ekoo comes in. The Spengler team knows the importance of listening - it's in their DNA. With products full of history and years of research, it's a shame to keep it to oneself and not share it with future customers. Ekoo gives brands, vendors, employees and customers a voice to tell the story of the manufacturing process, and to emphasize the value of the products. Thanks to audio, customers will just have to click a button on the websites to find out more about the products. How easy is that? This innovation has won Spengler over, and the company is now collaborating with Ekoo!
#The collaboration between Spengler and Ekoo
The idea of this collaboration is to showcase 3 new stethoscopes: the Cardioprestige 2, the Magister 2 and finally the Pulse 2. A meeting was organized between the two teams to record the audio. Here's a glimpse of a meeting between Ekoo and a B-to-B customer:
- The first step was a meeting between the Ekoo team and the Spengler team on the latter's premises. The Ekoo team was also able to discover the product range and the company.
- The second step: co-creation. The Spengler team had drafted their texts beforehand, so as not to forget the important points they wanted to tell. With the Ekoo team, they were adjusted to suit oral language.
- The third step was to record the audio using professional audio equipment. After the first attempt, the Spengler team felt comfortable enough to improvise to make the audio more authentic. As Spengler is an international company, the audios were recorded in French as well as Spanish.
- The fourth step: training in the Ekoo tool, with its back office and functionalities, to help you get to grips with the platform. We also present the platform to the team, to help them understand how to easily implement audio. This stage enables teams to become autonomous and integrate Ekoo into their marketing strategy.
This audio workshop day is important for co-constructing with the teams and getting to grips with the Ekoo solution, while creating links. "I'm delighted with this day, because with Ekoo everything goes faster. I'd spent 6 months making 6 videos, I can't believe how many audio files I've recorded in an afternoon", said Nicolas Lachaux, Marketing Director, at the end of the day.
A week later, the audios are already available on the Spengler website 👇👇👇
