Motoblouz puts the voice of its experts at the service of enthusiasts

Background

Motoblouz, the French leader in online motorcycle equipment, wanted to enhance the quality of its product data sheets, particularly those for its own brand, in order to offer an enriched experience to two-wheeled enthusiasts.

In a world where the technical nature of equipment demands clarity and expertise, the challenge was to offer advice that was both precise and embodied, like a specialized salesperson. The aim: to guide motorcyclists in their choices, with content that is useful, reliable and easy to consult.

Audio was a natural way to bring the voice of motorcycle experts directly to the site. This authentic, accessible format provides enthusiasts with concrete answers, while enhancing the online customer experience.

The project

During a Hackathon day organized on Ekoo's premises, Motoblouz brought together a dozen employees around a common goal: to create several dozen audio capsules in record time.

The morning was devoted to the preparation of content, with a collective effort to write scripts. Each participant was able to express what he or she wanted to convey about the products, using artificial intelligence to structure, enrich and accelerate message preparation.

In the afternoon, product managers, designers, technical experts and customer service staff took it in turns to speak. The result was a series of 30-second capsules, presenting technical features, advising bikers on how to use the product, and speaking concretely to the enthusiast behind his or her screen, like an in-store advisor, available around the clock.

The audios have been integrated into the brand's own product sheets, in the textile, protection, technical equipment and technology categories. The tone is direct, passionate and sincere: we hear the voices of those who design, use and experience these products on a daily basis.

The results

In less than a day, over 60 product sheets were enhanced with audio capsules.

As soon as they go online, more than one visitor in ten listens to the audio content on the pages concerned, an excellent signal of engagement and perceived usefulness.

This audio format helps to streamline the purchasing process: initial data show an improvement in the rate of shopping cart purchases and a drop in the bounce rate on equipped pages.
